Using resources
Keep materials current and accurate.
Approved resources offer a consistent starting point. Their use should remain descriptive, accurate and aligned with the current Partner Programme information.
Helpful approaches
Use the version currently available in the Partner Creative Library.
Choose the file size and orientation intended for your selected channel.
Use measured language such as βcouldβ, βmayβ and βoptions to exploreβ.
Add your personal Partner referral link where it is appropriate to do so.
Things to avoid
Avoid altering the NREW logo, colours, wording or main visual elements.
Replace saved files when an updated version becomes available.
Avoid wording that suggests guaranteed outcomes, results or customer responses.
Keep Partner-only resources within the areas and audiences for which they are provided.

Some downloads may only be visible to approved Partners who are signed in. Availability may also vary by category, campaign or current programme activity.

Where can I find the downloadable creative files?
Approved creative files are available through the Partner Creative Library at /partner-downloads/.
Do I need to sign in before downloading resources?
Some Partner resources may only be available to approved Partners who are signed in to their account.
Could I edit the files after downloading them?
Only make changes where the resource clearly states that personalisation is available. Otherwise, keep the approved NREW design and wording unchanged.
Could I add my referral link?
Your personal referral link could be included in an accompanying post, caption, email or suitable marketing material where appropriate.
What should I do if a download does not open?
Check your browser downloads folder and try the link again. If the issue continues, submit a request through Partner Support.
How will I know when a resource has been updated?
The current version will appear within the Partner Creative Library. Updated resources may also be highlighted through Partner communications.
Could I request a resource that is not currently available?
Yes. Submit the details through Partner Support and the NREW Team will review whether an additional option could be considered.
