Our website, services and resources are designed to support customers, businesses and approved Partners. They must be used lawfully, professionally and in a way that protects the NREW community.
1. Purpose of this policy
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the standards that apply when you access or use the NREW website, customer accounts, Partner accounts, downloadable products, digital resources, communications and related services.
It should be read alongside the NREW Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Music Licence, Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy and Partner Terms & Conditions where applicable.
By using NREW services, you agree to comply with this policy.
2. Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to all users of NREW services, including:
- Website visitors.
- Customers and account holders.
- Businesses using NREW music.
- Approved NREW Partners.
- Anyone accessing NREW downloads or digital resources.
- Anyone interacting with NREW systems or communications.

You must use NREW services only for lawful purposes.
You must not use any NREW website, account, download, resource or service:

- Attempting to bypass security controls.
- Testing for vulnerabilities without written permission.

- Attempting to access another user's account.

6. Automated access and scraping
You must not use automated systems to access, copy, monitor, extract or reproduce NREW content without prior written permission.

7. Use of NREW music and downloads
NREW music and downloadable products may only be used in accordance with the licence supplied with the product.

8. Intellectual property
All NREW music, artwork, branding, text, documents, layouts, product descriptions, graphics, resources and other materials remain protected by intellectual property law.

9. Artificial intelligence use

- Create imitations intended to replicate identifiable NREW works.

10. Communications and conduct
When communicating with NREW, customers, Partners or other users, you must behave professionally and respectfully.
You must not submit, publish or communicate material that is:
- Threatening, abusive or harassing.
- Defamatory or knowingly false.
- Discriminatory or hateful.
- Obscene or unlawful.
- Intended to intimidate or deceive.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging or repeated unwanted contact.
- Likely to damage the reputation of NREW unfairly.
11. Partner use of NREW resources
Approved NREW Partners may receive access to promotional materials, brand assets, referral tools, product information, training resources and other Partner-only content.
Partners must use these resources only for legitimate NREW Partner activity and in accordance with the Partner Terms & Conditions.
Partners must not:
- Share Partner-only resources publicly without permission.
- Provide dashboard access to another person.
- Alter official wording in a misleading way.
- Create false urgency, guarantees or unsupported claims.
- Misrepresent themselves as employees or agents of NREW.
- Use NREW branding for unrelated products or services.
- Create misleading referral activity.
- Use prohibited advertising methods.
12. Referral and commission abuse
Any attempt to manipulate the NREW referral, commission, Bonus Pool or recognition system is prohibited.
This includes:
- Creating false or duplicate customer accounts.
- Generating artificial clicks, visits or referrals.
- Using stolen or misleading customer information.
- Claiming credit for referrals generated by another Partner.
- Using unauthorised discounts, incentives or rebates.
- Attempting to interfere with tracking systems.
- Submitting self-referrals where these are not permitted.
- Coordinating fraudulent purchases or refund activity.
NREW may withhold commission, reverse referral credit, suspend access or terminate participation where abuse is suspected.
13. Misleading statements and claims
You must not make false, exaggerated, unsubstantiated or misleading statements about NREW, its music, products, services, licences, Partner Programme or earning opportunities.
You must not:
- Guarantee business, wellbeing or financial outcomes.
- Claim that NREW music will produce a specific result.
- Suggest that participation guarantees commission or bonuses.
- Misrepresent product availability, pricing or licence terms.
- Present personal opinion as an official NREW statement.
- Use fabricated reviews or testimonials.
- Omit material information where this may mislead a customer.
Where discussing possible benefits, language must remain balanced and responsible. Phrases such as “may help” or “designed to support” should be used where appropriate.
14. Reviews, feedback and testimonials
Reviews, feedback and testimonials must be genuine and based on real experience.
You must not:
- Submit a false review.
- Pay for undisclosed positive reviews.
- Pressure another person to provide misleading feedback.
- Alter a review in a way that changes its meaning.
- Publish a testimonial without permission.
- Present an incentivised review as independent.
15. Privacy and personal information
You must respect the privacy of customers, Partners and website users.
You must not:
- Collect personal information without a lawful reason.
- Use customer information for unrelated marketing.
- Share personal information without authorisation.
- Publish private correspondence or account information.
- Attempt to obtain payment information improperly.
- Store personal information insecurely.
- Use NREW systems to send unlawful marketing messages.
Any personal information accessed through NREW must be handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and the NREW Privacy Policy.
16. Payment and checkout misuse
You must not misuse NREW payment, checkout, refund or download systems.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Using stolen payment information.
- Making purchases without the account holder's permission.
- Submitting fraudulent chargebacks.
- Attempting to obtain products without payment.
- Manipulating checkout totals or product quantities.
- Sharing expired or unauthorised download links.
- Repeatedly purchasing and refunding products to retain access.
17. Reporting misuse
If you become aware of suspected misuse, unlawful activity, security concerns, infringement or fraud involving NREW, please report it promptly.

18. Monitoring and investigation
NREW may monitor the use of its website, accounts, referral systems, downloads and digital resources where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, licensing, legal compliance and enforcement.
