These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the NREW website and the purchase of digital products from us. By accessing this website or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. About NREW
NREW creates and distributes original downloadable music collections designed for commercial environments, creative spaces and contemporary homes.
Products are supplied digitally through this website.
2. Purchasing Products
When you place an order through the NREW website you are purchasing a digital product together with the applicable licence to use that product.
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (Β£ GBP) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice.
3. Digital Delivery
After successful payment your purchase becomes immediately available for download through:
- your confirmation page
- your order confirmation email
- your customer account (where applicable)
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly during checkout.
4. Licence
Every qualifying music collection includes an NREW Commercial Music Licence.
Your use of purchased music is governed by the separate NREW Music Licence, which forms part of your purchase.
Where there is any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the Music Licence, the Music Licence shall take precedence regarding permitted use of the music.
5. Customer Accounts
Creating an account allows you to:
- access previous purchases
- download purchased products
- view order history
- manage your account details
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
6. Payments
Payments are processed securely using WooPayments and Stripe.
NREW does not store your payment card details.
Payment information is processed by our payment providers in accordance with their own security standards and privacy policies.
7. Refunds
Because our products are supplied as digital downloads, refunds are generally not available once download access has been provided.
Please read our Refund Policy before making a purchase.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
8. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, previews and information are accurate.
However, colours, artwork and previews may appear differently depending upon your device or browser.
9. Intellectual Property
All music, artwork, branding, graphics, logos, written content and website design remain the intellectual property of NREW unless otherwise stated.
Nothing within this website transfers ownership of our intellectual property.
