2. About NREW
NREW provides original background music designed for commercial environments including gyms, fitness studios, cafés, hospitality venues, retail environments, wellness spaces, creative studios, and other business locations.
NREW services are provided on a subscription basis and include access to selected NREW music environments and related content.
3. Licence & Ownership
All music, audio streams, recordings, artwork, branding, graphics, text, website content, and related materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of NREW.
Your subscription grants a limited licence to access and use NREW services in accordance with these Terms.
No ownership rights are transferred to subscribers.
4. Business Location Licence
Each NREW subscription covers one physical business location unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A separate licence is required for each additional business location.
A single subscription may not be used across multiple:
- Business premises
- Branches
- Studios
- Franchises
- Trading locations
- Commercial sites
Multi-site licences may be available upon request.
5. Permitted Use
An active NREW subscription permits the subscriber to use NREW background music within the licensed business location covered by their subscription.
Examples of permitted use include:
- Gyms and fitness facilities
- Personal training studios
- Health clubs
- Cafés and coffee shops
- Restaurants
- Hospitality venues
- Retail stores
- Salons
- Wellness businesses
- Creative workspaces
- Offices
- Commercial environments
Use is permitted only while the subscription remains active and in good standing.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Share, sell, redistribute, sublicense, rebroadcast, or retransmit NREW content.
- Share account login credentials with third parties.
- Allow unauthorised users access to your subscription.
- Present NREW music as your own work.
- Upload NREW content to streaming platforms or public websites.
- Record or reproduce NREW streams for redistribution.
- Use a single licence across multiple business locations.
- Use NREW content to train artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, datasets, or similar technologies without prior written permission.
7. Account Security
Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Subscribers are responsible for all activity occurring under their account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify NREW immediately.
8. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Subscribers may cancel at any time.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically generate refunds for previous subscription periods.
Access will normally continue until the end of the current billing period.
9. Free Trial
Where offered, free trials are intended for evaluation purposes.
NREW reserves the right to withdraw, modify, restrict, or refuse free trial access at its discretion.
Only one free trial may be permitted per business unless otherwise approved by NREW.
10. Service Availability
NREW aims to provide reliable access to all services.
However, NREW does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Access may occasionally be affected by:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Software updates
- Third-party service interruptions
- Internet connectivity issues
- Technical faults
- Events beyond our reasonable control
11. Suspension or Termination
NREW reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where there is evidence of:
- Licence abuse
- Account sharing
- Fraudulent activity
- Unauthorised use
- Breach of these Terms & Conditions
Termination may occur without notice where serious misuse is identified.
12. Intellectual Property
All NREW intellectual property rights remain the sole property of NREW.
Nothing in these Terms grants any ownership rights, copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights to subscribers.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NREW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
Subscribers use the service at their own discretion and risk.
14. Changes to These Terms
NREW reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated versions will be published on this website.
Continued use of NREW services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
