NREW music is provided for licensed, professional and commercial use by active members.

By using NREW music, you agree not to use the catalogue in any way that harms, misrepresents, redistributes, or competes with NREW.

You must not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense NREW tracks.
• Upload NREW music to other platforms as your own.
• Claim ownership, authorship, or exclusive rights over any NREW track.
• Make NREW files available for public download.
• Share your account login with another person or business.
• Use NREW music in unlawful, hateful, harmful, misleading, defamatory, or exploitative content.
• Use NREW music to train artificial intelligence or machine learning systems.
• Use NREW music in a competing music library, stock music service, subscription platform, or resale catalogue.

Business and location use

Your licence applies only to the business, brand, location, or usage context covered by your active membership.

Additional locations, brands, or commercial uses may require additional licensing.

Breach of this policy

If this policy is breached, NREW may suspend or terminate access without refund and may revoke permission to use the music.

NREW reserves all rights not expressly granted under the NREW Music Licence.
