NREW Acceptable Use Policy

NREW creates original music available to listen to and purchase as digital downloads.

When you purchase and download NREW music, your use of that music is subject to the NREW Music Licence and this Acceptable Use Policy.

You must not:

• Resell, redistribute, share or sublicense NREW tracks.
• Upload NREW music to another music platform or service as your own.
• Claim ownership, authorship or exclusive rights over any NREW track.
• Make NREW music files available for other people to download.
• Copy or distribute purchased files to other people or organisations.
• Use NREW music in unlawful, hateful, harmful, misleading, defamatory or exploitative content.
• Use NREW music to train artificial intelligence or machine learning systems.
• Include NREW music in a competing music library, stock music service, subscription platform or resale catalogue.

Your purchase

Purchasing an NREW track gives you permission to use the music in accordance with the NREW Music Licence.

Ownership and copyright in the music remain with NREW or the relevant rights holder. Purchasing a track does not transfer copyright or ownership of the recording.

Breach of this policy

If this policy is breached, NREW may revoke permission to use the music and take appropriate action to protect its music and intellectual property.

NREW reserves all rights not expressly granted under the NREW Music Licence.
