Partner Agreement

1. About this Agreement

This Partner Agreement governs participation in the NREW Partner Programme. It applies to each person approved by NREW as a Partner.

The Partner Programme is free to join. Approved Partners may introduce customers to NREW and may earn commission on qualifying new memberships, qualifying monthly membership renewals and qualifying individual track purchases in accordance with this Agreement.

Approval of an application does not by itself provide access to Partner HQ. Access is available only after the approved Partner accepts the current version of this Agreement.

2. Who can participate

The NREW Partner Programme is for people aged 21 and over who are based in the United Kingdom.

Partners participate independently. Nothing in this Agreement creates employment, worker status, agency, franchise, partnership, joint venture or authority to enter into commitments on behalf of NREW.

Partners are responsible for their own working arrangements, expenses, insurance, tax reporting and any other obligations arising from commission or Bonus Pool payments received.

3. Your Partner Link and attribution

NREW provides each approved Partner with a personal tracked Partner Link. Partners should use that link when sharing NREW wherever possible so that qualifying customer activity can be attributed to their Partner account.

A qualifying transaction may be attributed to a Partner where NREW and its tracking or administrative systems record that transaction against that Partner under the programme rules in force at the time.

Tracking can be affected by cookie choices, browser or privacy settings, device changes, incorrect links and other technical factors. NREW cannot guarantee that every visit or transaction will be attributed.

4. Qualifying transactions and Confirmed Sales

A transaction must meet the applicable programme requirements and reach the required status before commission or Bonus Pool recognition becomes payable or final.

Cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, duplicate, artificial, test or otherwise ineligible transactions do not qualify.

For Bonus Pool purposes, a Confirmed Sale is a sale that NREW has recorded as valid and attributed to the Partner under the current programme rules.

Partners must not create or manipulate purchases, memberships, accounts, clicks, referrals or attribution in order to generate commission, Confirmed Sales, recognition or Bonus Pool eligibility. Self-referrals are not permitted unless NREW has given prior written permission.

5. Partner commission

The standard Partner commission on a qualifying new NREW membership attributed to the Partner is 23% of the eligible amount.

The standard Partner commission each time a qualifying referred monthly NREW membership renews is 10% of the eligible renewal amount.

The standard Partner commission on a qualifying individual NREW track purchase attributed to the Partner is 23% of the eligible amount.

Commission is payable only on eligible amounts actually received and retained by NREW and remains subject to validation, refunds, chargebacks, fraud checks and other programme rules.

Commission rates do not guarantee any level of earnings. Actual commission depends on qualifying transactions attributed to the Partner.

6. Monthly Bonus Pool

A Partner who achieves at least 20 Confirmed Sales during a calendar month becomes eligible for consideration for that month’s Bonus Pool.

Confirmed Sales used towards the 20-sale threshold may be generated with or without the Partner Link, provided they are correctly attributed to the Partner under the programme rules.

Eligible Partners are ranked by the gross value of their Confirmed Sales for that calendar month. The final ranking is determined at 23:59 on the final day of the calendar month.

The 10 eligible Partners with the highest gross value of Confirmed Sales at that point receive a share of that month’s Bonus Pool in accordance with NREW’s Bonus Pool allocation rules.

Achieving 20 Confirmed Sales establishes eligibility for consideration only. It does not guarantee a Top 10 position or a Bonus Pool payment.

7. No commission for recruiting Partners

Partners do not receive commission merely because another person applies for or joins the NREW Partner Programme.

Partner commission is generated by qualifying customer transactions, not by recruitment into the Partner Programme.

8. Refunds, cancellations and chargebacks

If a qualifying transaction is later cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed or charged back, related commission, Confirmed Sales or Bonus Pool recognition may be rejected, cancelled, adjusted, withheld or, where already paid, offset against future amounts to the extent permitted by the programme rules and applicable law.

9. Payments

Partners must maintain the payment account and information required by NREW for Partner payouts. Payment timing, validation, minimum payout requirements if any, and other applicable payout conditions are those published in Partner HQ or current programme information.

NREW is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details, payment-provider restrictions, identity verification, banking delays or circumstances outside NREW’s reasonable control.

10. Sharing NREW

Partners may share NREW, its music and approved NREW information using their personal Partner Link and approved Partner resources.

Partners choose where and how often they share NREW, subject to this Agreement, applicable law and the rules of any website, service or platform they use.

Partners must not collect payment on behalf of NREW, issue NREW invoices, alter NREW prices or promise discounts, rights, licences or permissions that NREW has not authorised.

11. Accurate marketing

Partners must describe NREW and its products factually and must not make false, exaggerated, unsubstantiated or misleading statements.

Partners must not guarantee sales, commission, earnings, financial results, popularity, customer response or any other outcome.

Where NREW supplies approved wording or creative material, Partners must not materially alter it in a way that changes its meaning or creates an unsupported claim.

12. Advertising disclosure and marketing law

When promoting NREW using your Partner Link or where you may receive commission from a resulting sale, you must make the commercial relationship clear and ensure your promotion is identifiable as advertising.

Partners are responsible for ensuring that their own advertising, posts, websites, emails and other promotional activity comply with applicable UK advertising, consumer, privacy and electronic marketing requirements and the rules of the platform being used.

NREW may issue Partner guidance on advertising disclosure. Partners must follow current NREW guidance where provided.

13. Brand and intellectual property

NREW names, logos, artwork, music, creatives and other programme materials remain the property of NREW or the relevant rights holder.

Partners receive only the limited permission necessary to use approved materials while participating in the Partner Programme and in accordance with any conditions supplied with those materials.

Partners must not create accounts, domains, advertising or branding that could reasonably be mistaken for an official NREW channel without written approval.

14. Programme integrity

Partners must not create artificial visits, false or duplicate customer accounts, fraudulent transactions, misleading attribution, unauthorised incentives or other activity intended to manipulate sales, commission, Confirmed Sales, Bonus Pool eligibility, recognition or Partner reporting.

NREW may review Partner activity and request reasonable information where necessary to investigate suspected misuse, complaints, payment issues or compliance concerns.

15. Partner account and security

Partner access is personal to the approved Partner account. Login details and Partner-only resources must not be shared with unauthorised persons.

Partners must notify NREW promptly if they suspect unauthorised access or misuse of their Partner account or Partner Link.

16. Suspension and termination

Either party may end participation in the Partner Programme by giving notice.

NREW may suspend or terminate access where it reasonably believes there has been fraud, misleading promotion, unlawful activity, misuse of branding, manipulation of tracking or attribution, material breach of this Agreement or conduct that creates material risk for customers or NREW.

After termination, the former Partner must stop presenting themselves as an NREW Partner and stop using Partner-only materials. Valid commission confirmed before termination may remain payable subject to this Agreement; ineligible, fraudulent or breach-related commission or Bonus Pool amounts may be rejected or withheld.

17. Programme changes and re-acceptance

NREW may change programme features, commission arrangements, Bonus Pool arrangements, eligibility rules, technology, Partner resources or the products available for Partner commission. Reasonable notice of material changes will be given where practicable.

Where NREW issues a materially revised Partner Agreement, continued access to Partner HQ may require acceptance of the new version. Acceptance of an earlier version does not automatically record acceptance of a later version.

18. Technology and availability

NREW aims to maintain its website, Partner HQ and tracking systems, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, third-party services, internet failures and security incidents may affect availability or tracking.

19. Data protection and confidentiality

NREW processes Partner information for application review, account administration, programme operation, fraud prevention, communications, attribution and payments in accordance with its applicable privacy information.

Partners must protect non-public programme information and must not disclose information identified as confidential or that would reasonably be understood to be confidential.

20. Liability

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to applicable law, NREW is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, anticipated earnings, business opportunity, tracking failures or losses arising from a Partner’s own marketing, tax, legal or business decisions.

21. General provisions and governing law

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right. A Partner may not transfer this Agreement without NREW’s written consent.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
