Partner Programme Terms
1.0 β Subscription Edition
The permanent operational reference for NREW Partners, including Sales, commission, subscription renewals, marketing standards and programme responsibilities.
Your signed Partner Agreement is the acceptance document. These Terms are the detailed reference for how the programme operates.
1. Purpose of these Terms
These Partner Programme Terms provide the detailed operating rules for participation in the NREW Partner Programme. They should be read together with the current NREW Partner Agreement and the programme information shown in Partner HQ.
The Partner Agreement is the acceptance document governing participation. These Terms provide the permanent operational reference and do not replace the Partner Agreement.
2. Eligibility and approval
Participation is subject to application and approval by NREW. NREW may approve, decline, suspend or end participation in accordance with the Partner Agreement and these Terms.
Approval of an application does not by itself unlock Partner HQ. An approved Partner must accept the current Partner Agreement before access to protected Partner resources is provided.
3. Independent Partner status
Partners operate independently and are not employees, agents, franchisees or representatives authorised to bind NREW. A Partner must not enter into commitments, contracts or representations on behalf of NREW.
Partners are responsible for their own business arrangements, expenses, insurance, tax reporting and other obligations arising from their activities and commission.
4. Partner Links and attribution
NREW may provide each approved Partner with one or more tracked Partner Links. A customer Sale may be attributed to a Partner where NREW records the purchase as originating from that Partner under the tracking rules operating at the time.
Attribution is not guaranteed. Browser settings, cookie choices, privacy tools, device changes, customer behaviour, incorrect links and other technical factors may affect tracking.
Partners must use their own authorised Partner Link and must not interfere with, overwrite, manipulate or falsely create attribution.
5. Sales and Confirmed Sales
For Partner-facing purposes, a Sale is a customer purchase attributed to the Partner. A Confirmed Sale is a Sale that has reached the programme status required for commission.
Cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, duplicate, artificial, test or otherwise ineligible transactions are not Confirmed Sales and do not qualify for commission.
Self-referrals are not permitted unless NREW has given prior written permission.
6. Standard subscription commission
The standard Partner commission rate is 25% of the eligible subscription amount unless NREW publishes a different rate for a particular product, promotion or future programme arrangement.
At the current subscription prices, a qualifying Β£19.99 monthly subscription produces Β£5.00 commission when rounded to the nearest penny. A qualifying Β£179 annual subscription produces Β£44.75 commission. These are illustrations of the current rate and prices and are not earnings forecasts or guarantees.
Commission is calculated only on eligible amounts actually received and retained by NREW and remains subject to validation, refunds, reversals, chargebacks and the other eligibility rules in these Terms.
7. Recurring commission on renewals
A Partner may qualify for commission when a subscription customer originally attributed to that Partner makes a successful renewal payment.
For each renewal, the Partner must remain an approved NREW Partner and must have at least one qualifying Sale recorded during the 30 days immediately preceding that customerβs renewal date.
If the Partner has no qualifying Sale during that 30-day period, no Partner commission is due on that renewal.
Logging in, link visits, downloading creatives, reading Partner information or other non-sale activity does not satisfy the renewal qualification requirement.
Qualification is assessed separately for each renewal. Failure to qualify for one renewal does not prevent qualification for a later renewal where the applicable requirement is met.
Recurring commission is conditional. It is not guaranteed for the lifetime of a customer subscription.
8. Refunds, cancellations, disputes and chargebacks
Where a Sale or renewal is cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed, found to be ineligible or charged back, the related commission may be rejected, cancelled or withheld.
Where related commission has already been paid, NREW may apply an appropriate adjustment or offset against future commission to the extent permitted by the Partner Agreement, these Terms and applicable law.
9. Commission validation and Partner records
Partner HQ may show Sales, Confirmed Sales, commission, subscription customers, renewal information and qualification information derived from NREWβs programme records.
Figures may change while transactions are pending validation or following cancellations, refunds, disputes, chargebacks or corrections. A displayed potential or pending amount is not a promise that the amount will become payable.
Partners should use Partner Support if they believe a material programme record is incorrect.
10. Partner payouts
Partner commission payouts are made through the payment method designated by NREW for the Partner Programme. The current programme uses Stripe for Partner payouts.
Partners must connect and maintain the required Stripe account and complete any information or verification required by the payment provider before commission can be paid.
Current payout timing and any applicable payment conditions are published in Partner HQ. NREW is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details, payment-provider checks, banking delays or circumstances outside NREWβs reasonable control.
11. Introducing NREW
Partners may introduce NREW to prospective customers using accurate current information, their authorised Partner Link and approved NREW Partner resources.
Partners do not collect subscription payments on behalf of NREW, issue NREW invoices, amend NREW subscription or licensing terms, or promise discounts, permissions or arrangements that NREW has not authorised.
12. Factual and claim-free marketing
All Partner marketing must be accurate, factual and capable of being supported. Partners must not make false, exaggerated, unsubstantiated or misleading statements about NREW, its music, subscriptions, licences, prices, availability, Partner Programme or commission.
Partners must not state or imply that NREW or its music will increase sales, improve productivity, change customer behaviour, improve wellbeing, provide therapeutic effects or produce any other specific commercial, financial, health or behavioural outcome unless NREW has expressly supplied approved substantiation and wording for that statement.
Partners must not guarantee earnings, Sales, commission, recurring commission, Recognition status, leaderboard position or Bonus Pool payments.
Approved NREW wording and creatives must not be materially altered in a way that changes their meaning or creates an unsupported claim.
13. Commercial disclosure
Partners must make their commercial relationship with NREW clear where a recommendation, introduction or Partner Link may result in commission.
Any required advertising, affiliate, sponsored or commercial disclosure must be clear and appropriately placed for the channel being used.
14. Direct marketing and personal information
Partners are responsible for ensuring that their own email, messaging, social media, advertising, direct marketing and handling of personal information comply with applicable law, platform rules and current NREW guidance.
Participation in the Partner Programme does not authorise a Partner to send unsolicited communications or to use NREW customer information for the Partnerβs own purposes.
15. Creative Centre and approved resources
The Creative Centre and other Partner resources may contain approved artwork, captions, information and campaign material for use in connection with the NREW Partner Programme.
Availability of a creative does not transfer ownership of it. Permission to use Partner-only resources is limited to authorised Partner activity and may end when participation ends or when NREW withdraws the resource.
16. NREW brand and intellectual property
NREW names, logos, artwork, music, creatives, written materials and other intellectual property remain the property of NREW or the relevant rights holder.
Partners must not register or use domains, account names, advertising identities, branding or other material that could reasonably be mistaken for an official NREW channel without prior written approval.
A Partner must not claim ownership or authorship of NREW material.
17. Programme integrity
Partners must not generate artificial visits, false or duplicate customer accounts, fraudulent or test purchases, misleading attribution, unauthorised incentives or other activity intended to manipulate Sales, Confirmed Sales, commission, Recognition, leaderboard position, Bonus Pool eligibility or tracking.
NREW may review relevant programme activity and request reasonable information where necessary to investigate suspected misuse, complaints, payment issues or compliance concerns.
18. Recognition, leaderboard and Bonus Pool
Recognition levels, leaderboard information and any Bonus Pool operate under the current rules displayed in Partner HQ. They are programme features and do not guarantee income or future eligibility.
A Partner must record at least 21 Confirmed Sales during the relevant calendar month to qualify for that monthβs Bonus Pool. Reaching the minimum threshold qualifies the Partner for ranking but does not determine final position.
Among qualifying Partners, final ranking is determined by the gross monetary value of Confirmed Sales recorded by 23:59 on the final day of the relevant calendar month.
Final results are published three days after the end of the relevant calendar month. Partner-facing published results identify winning Partners and positions only. Individual sales totals, gross sales values, commission amounts and other financial information are not published.
Only transactions meeting the applicable programme definition count toward the qualification threshold or ranking value.
NREW may correct programme standings where records are affected by refunds, reversals, invalid transactions, errors or misuse.
19. Partner account security
Partner access is personal to the approved Partner account. Login details and Partner-only resources must not be shared with unauthorised persons.
Partners must keep their account and contact information current and should notify NREW promptly through Partner Support if they suspect unauthorised access or misuse.
20. Complaints and Partner Support
Questions about Sales, commission, renewals, qualification, programme records, marketing guidance or Partner access should be raised through Partner Support.
Partners should provide sufficient factual information for NREW to review the issue. Support records may be retained as part of programme administration and the Partnerβs support history.
21. Suspension and termination
Either party may end participation in the Partner Programme by giving notice in accordance with the Partner Agreement.
NREW may suspend or terminate access where it reasonably believes there has been fraud, misleading promotion, unlawful activity, misuse of branding, manipulation of tracking, material breach of the Partner Agreement or these Terms, or conduct creating material risk for customers or NREW.
After participation ends, the former Partner must stop presenting themselves as an NREW Partner and stop using Partner-only materials. Commission remains subject to the eligibility, validation and breach provisions applying to the relevant transactions.
22. Changes to the programme
NREW may change programme features, subscription products, commission arrangements, eligibility rules, technology, Partner resources and these operational Terms. Reasonable notice of material changes will be given where practicable.
A material change to the contractual Partner Agreement may require acceptance of a new Agreement version before continued access to Partner HQ.
23. Technology and availability
NREW aims to maintain its website, Partner HQ, tracking and Partner systems, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, third-party services, internet failures, privacy settings and security incidents may affect availability or tracking.
24. Confidentiality and data protection
Partners must protect non-public programme information and must not disclose information identified as confidential or that would reasonably be understood to be confidential.
NREW processes Partner information for application review, programme administration, communications, attribution, fraud prevention, support and payments in accordance with its applicable privacy information.
25. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to applicable law and the Partner Agreement, NREW is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, anticipated earnings, business opportunity, tracking failures or losses arising from a Partnerβs own marketing, tax, legal or business decisions.
26. General provisions
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
A Partner may not transfer or assign their participation or rights under the Partner Programme without NREWβs written consent.
The current Partner Agreement, these Terms and the current programme information expressly referred to in them form the framework governing participation in the NREW Partner Programme.
27. Governing law
The Partner Agreement and these Partner Programme Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
28. Contact and current information
Programme notices and updates may be delivered by email, through Partner HQ or by publication on the NREW website. Partners are responsible for keeping their contact information current.
For programme questions or support, use the Partner Support area in Partner HQ. Partners should refer to Partner HQ for current operational information where these Terms direct them to it.
