At NREW, we want you to purchase with confidence. Our product pages provide detailed descriptions and, where available, artwork and audio previews to help you make an informed decision before buying.
Because our products are supplied digitally, refunds are generally unavailable once access or downloading has begun. Technical problems and exceptional circumstances will always be considered fairly.
Digital Downloads
All NREW collections are supplied as digital downloadable products.
Once your payment has been successfully processed and your download has been made available, your purchase is considered fulfilled.
For this reason, we are generally unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a digital download has been accessed or downloaded.
This policy helps protect our original copyrighted music from unauthorised use or duplication.
Before You Purchase
Please ensure you:

- Review any available previews before purchasing.

If Something Goes Wrong
If you experience a genuine technical problem, such as:
- your download link doesn't work
- your files are corrupted
- you receive the wrong files
- you're unable to access your purchase
please contact us as soon as possible.
We'll work quickly to resolve the issue by repairing the download, replacing the files or providing a new download link where appropriate.
Accidental Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same collection more than once, please contact us.
Where we can verify a duplicate purchase, we'll be happy to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
Exceptional Circumstances
Although refunds for digital downloads are generally not available after access has been provided, each request is considered individually.
If there are exceptional circumstances, we'll always aim to reach a fair and reasonable outcome.
Commercial Licences
Each collection includes an NREW Commercial Music Licence.
The licence is issued for the purchased collection only and is non-transferable.
Refunds are not available because the licence is issued immediately upon successful purchase.
